Joe Lopardo

Over the years I’ve come to realize some of my gifts are building authentic connection, being a bridge for meaningful introductions and connecting the dots. My passions, which stemmed from my growth journey starting at age 18, are around human potential, evolving into our best/highest selves and consciousness. I’m grateful to have my gifts and passion fuel our companies, Lumen Society and Lumen Growth Partners. My last company Bridgekin, was a platform to foster meaningful introductions and authentic connection among peers, which pivoted about a year in to Lumen Society. This happened at the start of a new chapter of my life that would be the most transformational and impactful yet and continues to this day, thanks to new modalities, experiences and community. I’ve always loved building and adding value to companies anyway I can which in the past had me build several ventures. I Co-Founded Matrix Mining, a venture backed cryptocurrency mining operation located in the Southeast which was acquired in 2018. Following that I Co-Founded DAV Foundation, a blockchain based transportation protocol which raised over $24 Million and is still growing with a 20+ person team. I’m also a Founding Member of Silicon Valley Blockchain Society (SVBS), a global, invite only community whose members represent over 1.5 Trillion in assets under management. Before these I had a day job at several technology companies (one of which moved me out to San Francisco from New Jersey) and built many after hour companies in my late teens to mid twenties. Outside of the above I am a huge family man and am grateful to have many dear friends. I love the outdoors and anything to do with adventures. Hiking, camping, motorcycles, getting lost in the mountains, etc… very much love nature.
