Mary Naylor is currently the CEO of Aspire Lifestyles, a leading global B2B benefit solution and personal assistance provider and the founder of VIPdesk, a pioneer of premium home-based concierge and contact center solutions. Leveraging her customer relationship marketing expertise, she continuously builds strategic business alliances and develops “next-generation” loyalty products for Aspire Lifestyle’s blue-chip client roster. In 2010, Mary led VIPdesk’s strategic merger with International SOS, the world’s leading international healthcare, medical and security assistance, and concierge services company. Headquartered dually in London and Singapore and operating in over 70 countries, International SOS provides services to 66% of the Fortune Global 500. Aspire Lifestyles, the culmination of the merger, is now a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary of International SOS and the only concierge provider in the industry who offers a truly integrated global footprint and service delivery platform. Prior to founding VIPdesk, Mary founded Capitol Concierge, a corporate concierge services company, located in Washington, DC. Mary grew Capitol Concierge into the nation’s largest corporate concierge service company with tailored programs serving over 80 commercial office buildings. Capitol Concierge’s phenomenal success was the subject of an Inc. Magazine cover story in October, 1995. Mary has received numerous awards for her work, stays actively engaged in industry associations and is a frequent speaker on customer loyalty and retention strategies.
