Chandra Saurabh

Dr. Saurabh Chandra, Senior Assistant Professor – Public Administration at the Department of Public Administration in the Assam Don Bosco University, Guwahati, Assam, India and Managing Director (MD) of the IPARN Foundation, holds a Doctorate (PhD) and UGC – NET in Public Administration. He also holds a Certificate e-Government Uptake: The demand side of the equation in Electronic and Mobile Government, from the United Nations Public Administration Network (UNPAN). As a Senior Assistant Professor – Public Administration at ADBU and Managing Director (MD) of the IPARN Foundation, Which is an Integrated Policy and Administrative Research Networking Foundation, he is constantly working for the promotion of Public Policy and Public Administration on the global level. Dr Saurabh has always been engaged in teaching and research. He has taught at the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) (Institution of National Importance by the Act of Parliament) under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India, Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu as an Assistant Professor (Public Administration) and Department of Public Administration, the University of Lucknow as Guest Lecturer/subject expert. Dr Saurabh has also performed several excellent academic invited lectures for students at different European and American Universities. His specialization lies in Public Policy, E-Government and E-Governance.
