Tao has 18 years of international business development experience in the TMT and Fintech industries in EMEA and APAC. He held leadership positions and helped global brands, including Alibaba's Alipay and Huawei, achieved explosive growth (multi-billions revenue and tens of millions business & consumer customers acquisitions). His areas of expertise are Payment, eWallet, Lifestyle Super App, Open Banking, WealthTech, and Emerging Tech. He has completed executive programmes at Harvard Business School and Cambridge Judge Business School. In 2017, he began angel investing with a diverse portfolio of startups in eWallet, WealthTech, OpenBanking, ESG, and HealthTech.
