Mengühan Ünver is the COO and Co-Founder of Taledo, a curated online recruiting platform that connects the top 10% of candidates with the best roles in Germany's digital ecosystem. Born and raised in southern Germany, Mengühan graduated with an BA in International Business from Reutlingen University (DE). After working at Google in Dublin (IE) and heading up Global Business Development at AppLift in Berlin, Mengühan and his co-founders started their own ventures in Berlin. Acknowledging their collective expertise in recruiting and technology, the team experimented with different business models for two years, before finally settling on a platform-based recruiting model, consolidated and re-branded into Taledo.
