Pete Goettner

Pete has more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investor, and innovator in the enterprise and consumer software space. He is co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Crosschq. Known for his astute ability to translate long-term vision into software products, Pete manages the Crosshcq team reinventing talent acquisition by harnessing the power of people to help companies better source, match and retain the best talent. Pete’s history leading successful technology ventures includes Table8, a VIP restaurant reservation service he co-founded, as well as DigitalThink, a leading e-learning company and SaaS pioneer, where Pete was co-founder and CEO. He led DigitalThink to a Nasdaq IPO in 2001 before its acquisition in 2004. Pete serves General Partner at Worldview Technology Partners, a venture capital firm. He is also an active Angel investor in early-stage IT and biotech startups. His investments include Stemcentrx (acquired by Abbvie), Ooma (NYSE OOMA), GetActive (acquired by BlackBaud), and PostPath (acquired by Cisco). He received a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
