Govind is a young, dynamic, charismatic leader with strong interpersonal skills and exceptional business ethics. He started his journey from a small town of Rajasthan, Completed his school in 2009 in commerce stream and moved to semi-urban area to pursue a management course followed by masters as PGDM in Marketing & Finance stream. He got 2nd project with a medium enterprise ‘Jaipur Rugs’ based out of Jaipur, Which offered him an opportunity to redefine the production processes of the organization. In May 2014, Govind got a chance to associate as a full-time employee with unicorn startup Olacabs. In the early phase of the startup eco-system in India, It was extremely difficult to setup businesses with very limited resources. Govind’s never giving-up attitude helped the organization to cater to the right audience with impactful product-positioning. He helped the startup to spread its wings in 2 major cities of Rajasthan with highest market share in the particular industry. In April 2015, Co-incidentally Govind got a chance to meet with one of the senior leader of hyper local e-commerce startup ‘Jugnoo’. In the first meet one of senior professional from Jugnoo liked Govind’s exceptional personal & professional skills. As a result, He offered him a job to handle Jugnoo’s Operations for Jaipur region. As a typical job seeker does, Govind accepted the offer of Jugnoo and joined the baby startup in Apr’2015. Govind was doing absolutely fine, He did his beyond expectations. He added value to the organization by leveraging right skillset required, managed all even & odd situations. The founder of ‘Jugnoo’ impressed with Govind’s exceptional performance and awarded him with 2.5x monetary benefits and assigned him complete ownership of india’s largest state Rajasthan, Govind was also feeling extremely satisfied & happy at the workplace.
