Pramod Dabir

Pramod Dabir is a Partner & Founder of West Agile Labs, a premier design and development agency headquartered in San Francisco, with development centers in India. West Agile Labs partners with startups, mid-enterprise and enterprise companies to build augmented teams to help scale product and development organizations globally. The company has grown from 4 people when it was founded in late 2012 to over 300 people today. Pramod also Co-Founded Cents, a top-tier venture-backed vertical SaaS business for laundromats and dry cleaners. Cents is looking to give the power back to SMBs and help them grow and scale their businesses efficiently. In addition to his business ventures, Pramod manages Open Doors Partners, an investment fund that's helping democratize private investing. Investors can join the investor group list to receive information on new and unique investment opportunities. ODP has been returning north of 30% IRR returns since inception. Previously, Pramod was an investor at TA Associates focusing primarily on internet and software investments. Prior to TA, he worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in San Francisco. Pramod graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Illinois with a minor in Business. Pramod is an avid tennis player and was recruited to play at Illinois. He won a national championship in 2003 and competed in the main draw of the US Open.
