Pascal Siegwart

Pascal Siegwart serves as a Director of Avantium Technologies B.V. He was a Partner at Aster Capital Partners SAS. Pascal Siegwart led investments in the areas of CO2, energy, and advanced and biosourced materials. He joined Aster Capital Partners SAS in 2011 and also served as its Investment Partner. He has over 10 years of industrial experience within the Rhodia group, where he held several positions such as Corporate Strategy Project Manager, Plant Manager, and Quality Manager in France and Italy. He served as the Director of CO2 Operations at Rhodia & Orbeo and Orbeo SAS since January 2009 and Energy Purchasing Director at Rhodia Energy. He served as a Director of CO2 operations at Rhodia since 2006, where he developed CDM projects, JI projects, and methodologies. He had been working since 2006 in the new fast growing carbon economy, in charge of developing worldwide CO2 offset projects in the Kyoto protocol frame for Rhodia and Orbeo. He served as Director of FibeRio Technology Corporation. Pascal Siegwart holds a Master A. Sc. in Biotechnology from the Ecole Polytechnique of Montréal in Canada and is an Engineer graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique of Paris.
