Jason Radisson

Jason Radisson is the CEO & Founder of Movo, the AI-powered HR platform that automates the process of acquiring, engaging, and upskilling a high-volume frontline workforce. With over 20 years of experience in strategy, operations, and growth, he is a serial unicorn breeder who has scaled multiple global tech platforms that provide work and improved living standards to millions of workers. Jason started his career at McKinsey & Company, where he worked with Fortune 500 clients across industries and regions. He then became an entrepreneur and joined the early days of Uber, where he launched and grew cities in the western US as a Regional General Manager. He left Uber to run 99-Taxis, where as COO he grew the business 10x and sold it to Didi Chuxing for $1B, making it Latin America's first unicorn. He is also a member of the Rappi-Mafia, where he was an early investor and helped the founders build their Operations and Growth teams in the initial expansion across Latin America. Today, more than 20 venture-backed CEOs are alumni of his earlier teams. Jason is passionate about using technology to empower and uplift the frontline workforce, which he believes is the backbone of the economy and society. He founded Movo to address the challenges and opportunities of this segment, which is often overlooked and underserved by traditional HR solutions. He leverages his expertise in AI, HR, and scaling to create a platform that delivers exceptional value to both employers and workers, and that supports growth and development. Jason holds a BA from College of the Holy Cross, where he graduated with highest honors, and as a graduate student was a Fulbright to Germany. He also attended Harvard University and Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he studied economics and applied math. He is fluent in German, Spanish, and English. He spends his time outside of work with his spouse and their small children. He’s also a lifelong distance runner, cyclist and skier.
