Dan Boyd

Dan is Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Current Trucking which delivers commercial fleets with a complete electric vehicle end-to-end solution, inclusive of vehicle procurement, charging infrastructure, and O&M for any tire tread under a Trucks as a Service (“TaaS”) model. Prior to Current Dan founded Ozone Renewables, a renewable energy development company which has commercialized over 5GW of development projects for its partners. Dan began his career as a civil engineering officer in the Air Force, and upon separating he continued in renewable energy, developing, constructing, and operating wind, solar, fuel cell, hydrogen and microgrid projects with companies like AES Energy Storage, RES, Noble Environmental Power, and FuelCell Energy. Dan holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Certificate of Advanced Leadership from the University of Sydney.
