George Otte is the Miami founder and chairman of the Otte Polo Group, a diversified firm that operates several subsidiaries both in the United States and internationally. Since founding his first company in the early 2000s, Otte has amassed more than a decade of hard-won, multi-faceted business operations experience. Otte got his start in the computer repair and technical support industry. In 2002, he founded a small operation called TSS near his South Florida home. While 21 years old at the time, George Otte was still attending college full-time and working with a local bank to cover his tuition costs. After enrolling in a business law class and filing his incorporation papers, he set about growing TSS into a vibrant company with more than 100 distinct clients. By 2005, Otte was recognized as the premier provider of boutique technical support and remote computer repair services in the Miami/Coral Gables area. George Otte implemented an expansion plan with the 2006 acquisition of Geeks on Site, an existing Dallas-based firm that Otte rapidly integrated into the TSS network. During the following decade, Otte built Geeks on Site into a coast-to-coast technical support and computer repair provider that served individuals and business clients alike. By the mid-2010s, Geeks on Site had built a network of local contract technicians covering 150 US metro areas. The company directly employed more than 100 people in the US and internationally, enjoying impressive year-after-year revenue growth. As George Otte grew the Otte Polo Group into a diversified holding company, he soon recognized the need to integrate superior customer service with flexible, on-demand product fulfillment. Soon after launching Responsive Call Center, George Otte acquired Fort Myers-based Phase V. The transaction provided the Otte Polo Group with an important foothold in the product fulfillment industry, earning the company access to a customer portfolio that includes work dating back to the early 1980s. Otte leveraged his deep well of business experience to grow Phase V into Florida’s top fulfillment and logistics company. The firm engages in a wide variety of critical business processes, including order processing and fulfillment, direct mail, contact services, and warehousing. Phase V is actively looking for targeted acquisition opportunities to further expand its geographical reach in the United States. In recent years, George Otte has created a new focus for the Otte Polo Group: real estate ventures under a newly created subsidiary known as Otte Real Estate.
