Danielle Lay

Danielle joined NEA in 2017 as an investor on the Technology Team in New York. Prior to joining NEA, Danielle was a member of Goldman Sachs’ Financial Technology and Asset Management investment banking team. While at Goldman, she worked on a variety of M&A transactions across the payments, insurance technology and alternative asset management sectors, representing companies such as Nasdaq, Bridgewater, FIS, and Fiserv, among others. Danielle graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Economics and minors in Business Institutions and Chinese Culture & Language. While at Northwestern, she launched DesignWorks, a graphic design and web development company that exclusively hired student creators.
