Carlos has a broad experience in principal investing – having worked in Impala Capital Partners, Spanish fund with € 215MM. under management – as well as in structured financed– being part of the Structured Finance team BNP Paribas in Paris. The combination of both enables him to design crafted financing solutions for growth stage companies. He holds an MBA from IESE. Carlos has led more than 20 transaction, notably Kubi Wireless, eDiagnostic, Odilo, BIlua, iSalud, Top Doctors or Digital Legends.
