Jonathan Anastas is currently CMO at the ONE Group. At ONE, Jonathan oversees all marketing for both ONE Championship, a top 10 global sports property by reach per Nielsen, and ONE Esports. Jonathan was previously CMO at LiveXLive Media, a publicly traded digital streaming music service focused on live experiences, where paid subscribers doubled under his leadership. He was also CMO at the Motor Trend Group, a Discovery Inc. company, leading the launch of Motor Trend OnDemand, the company’s first SVOD product. Jonathan was part of the management team that sold Motor Trend and other automotive media properties to Discovery in Q3 of 2017. Prior, Jonathan served as Global Vice President, Head of Digital and Social for Activision Blizzard. In this role, he established "Call of Duty" as the number-one console game on social media, which helped it to become a $10 billion franchise; oversaw digital marketing for the multi-billion dollar launches of "Skylanders" and "Destiny," achieving record launch sales for new gaming intellectual property; and launched “Call of Duty Online” in partnership with Tencent, a free-to-play franchise extension that was the series' first IP released in China. Jonathan began his brand marketing career as the global head of marketing for iconic gaming brand Atari. Before his brand marketing career, Jonathan spent more than a decade at the world's best digital and integrated ad agencies, including Tribal Worldwide, where he was a Divisional President; Omnicom's Think New Ideas, at which he led client service on the West Coast as SVP; and Saatchi & Saatchi LA, where he was the agency’s first Head of Digital. Jonathan has spoken at industry-leading conferences including Cannes, CES, Advertising Week, the New Fronts, the IAB and has won multiple Cannes Lion and EFFIE awards for his disruptive marketing campaigns. Anastas is also Chairman of the Board at Alpha Esports Tech, which trades on the CSE. Jonathan was part of the leadership team that took the company public. Anastas sits on the board of a stealth-stage Entertainment and Production start-up founded by a senior ex-Netflix executive and was a founding investor and brand advisor in Honeybee Burger, a plant based QSR dining concept that raised $1MM USD at a $12MM USD valuation in Q1 of 2021.
