First Equity is a London-based independent stockbroking firm born from entrepreneurial beginnings as London’s first equity inter-dealer broker. Est. 1986, the FCA-licensed firm provides execution-only, advisory and discretionary management services, to private clients, asset management firms, hedge funds, pension schemes and other institutional and corporate investors. The corporate broking division provides corporate finance and advisory to both public and private companies. It’s executive management are owner-operators and its other shareholders are successful entrepreneurs and corporate professionals and investors operating across relevant industries. From our own experiences as entrepreneurs we are able to genuinely help corporate clients achieve their objectives from early in their growth cycle through to sizeable liquidity events such as a stock market listing and beyond.
