Principal and Head of the Portfolio Management and Finance team at 3one4 Capital, an early-stage Venture Capital Fund house based in Bangalore with cumulative assets under management of over $300M exclusively in Indian AIFs. Two of their funds have been named as the top performing Indian VC funds by Preqin. Some notable investments include Licious, Koo, Darwinbox, Open, amongst others. At 3one4, I work primarily across the three verticals of Management, Monitoring and Finance with the Funds 100+ portfolio companies. Management of the portfolio companies encompasses identification of key issues and creation of solutions to streamline business functions, driving growth and scale. Monitoring entails oversight of the day to day financial transactions and business operations. Finance provides a layer of guidance and standardization of internal financial/ accounting practices, reporting and team structure. In addition, I focus on financial due diligence, streamlining internal reporting processes, building relationships with key stakeholders and third-party associates, and raising & structuring key functions within 3one4 Capital.
