Raul Jaureguihelps people who need to invoke the power of the state to regain their dignity. The civil rights statutes of the United States, including Title IX (no sex discrimination in schools), Title VI (no race or color discrimination in schools) and Title VII (no discrimination in employment) provide some of the tools Raul uses in the strategic rehabilitation of his client’s name during the in-school process, its appeal and, if needed, in court. Raul represents both students and faculty.
