Lenore Karafa

As Partner, Lenore focuses on enabling companies to scale through organizational management, connecting strategy to execution, and ensuring leaders grow with their organizations. Lenore currently serves as the President of Bunker Labs’ Board of Directors. She is an experienced executive passionate about empowering leaders to reach their potential.Lenore was previously Head of People for a business unit of the investment firm Citadel and a managing partner at McChrystal Group. She began her career as United States Marine Corps officer, which included a deployment to Iraq and leading the training of officer recruits in Quantico, Virginia.
