Jason Serda

Jason is a highly experienced business leader, founder & serial entrepreneur, with over 25 years experience in building world class tech-enabled services. Identified as one of Australia’s leading strategic visionaries and futurists across the technology landscape, frequently picking directional shifts ahead of the market. Following the successful sale of BlueFire (2008) to Dimension Data (Enterprise Value $28m),  Jason took up the global role as Global CTO for Services for Dimension Data/NTT. He is a four time founder and an advisor and investor in more than 15 investments with 3 exits in the last 12 months. Jason has a strong passion for driving profitable growth and combining commercial outcomes, enabled by technology, enhanced by data, and knowledge of end-to-end operations. He is an undeniable asset to the companies he works with by providing real world owner operator experience. Jason has been active in the start-up community by investing through his family office, and as Founder & CEO of Utiliti, a business studio supporting new business ventures.  Highly respected, both in Australia and internationally, with an incredible global network, Jason holds an MBA from Harvard Business School & is a member of AICD. Husband to Marissa & proud father of 3 girls – Isabella, Olivia & Rafaella.
