Matt Koran

Matt Koran joined Insight in 2016. Previously, he worked at Guggenheim Securities, where he was a Sales and Trading Analyst. While there, he created and delivered a daily, firm-wide analysis on market activity and trends. Prior to that, he worked at the Chicago Board of Trade as an Assistant Trader, where he developed trading strategies in the futures market. Matt graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Economics. During his time there, Matt played linebacker on the football team and served as Harvard's 142nd team captain. Matt also acted as director for Crimson in the Community, a community service initiative that organized and ran blood drives, mentorship programs, bone marrow drives, and sports clinics for children with special needs. Outside of work, Matt is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling, weightlifting, and spending time with his family and friends.
