Jay Monahan

A medical physicist by training, Jay began his career as a research physicist at Harvard Medical School and then worked in the medical device industry. For the past twenty years Jay has provide market and business analysis, business strategy, and new business development consulting services for cutting-edge technology companies. Integral to this work, he has built and led multiple high performing teams at companies ranging in size from startups to multi-billion dollar multinationals. Prior to Drive Fit, Jay was part of a five person team that created the most profitable global business unit by far at Amsterdam-based Draka ($2B), followed by acquisition by Milan-based Prysmian Group ($8B).
