As Co-Founder & President of Larridin, Jim is pioneering the Organizational Fitness category, helping enterprises optimize productivity and drive data-driven workforce performance through AI-powered insights. With over 25 years of experience in scaling technology companies, Jim has been at the forefront of digital transformation, leveraging AI, analytics, and automation to solve real-world business challenges. Before co-founding Larridin, Jim was a co-founder of Dynamic Signal, a category-defining employee communication platform that was later acquired by Sumeru Equity Partners. He also played a key role in the founding of Firstup, a leading workforce engagement solution. Earlier in his career, Jim held executive leadership roles at comScore, IRI, and Adify, where he helped drive data-driven decision-making for some of the world’s largest enterprises. His expertise in business intelligence, organizational strategy, and AI adoption continues to shape Larridin’s mission of providing enterprises with the tools to measure, optimize, and enhance workforce productivity. Jim is passionate about building high-impact, high-growth companies and driving innovation that makes work more efficient, meaningful, and results-driven. He splits his time between Chicago and Scottsdale, depending on the weather.
