Jennifer Lee Koss

Jennifer Lee Koss is the Founding Partner at Springbank Collective. She previously worked as the Co-Founder and Builder of Business at BRIKA, an online marketplace for artisan goods. She is also a Juilliard-trained cellist and graduate of Harvard University, Oxford University, and Harvard Business School. Upon moving to Toronto, she began reading BRIKA Co-Founder Kena's blog In Life and In Fashion and the two began planning the startup. Previously, Jen spent years working in management, consulting, investment banking, and private equity in the retail sector.
