I work both buy side with PE firms, established trade tech companies and real estate companies, as well as sell side with growing proptech SMB's. I have an extensive background as an experienced operational executive within the sector and am a solid all rounder being very commercial, strategy and finance focused - with tech knowledge. Through my years in the sector I have built up many hugely significant and valuable personal and business relationships at junior through to very senior C-Suite level. I also advise and consult with firms, both finance and tech companies, on day to day strategic and operational matters, due diligence relating to transactions and advice with portfolio companies. My previous 16+ years business experience, prior to entering the tech finance space, was as a commercially focused senior executive within the Real Estate, Facilities Management, IWMS and related software industry. I led various teams and functions over the years most recently focusing on the company strategy and M&A activities. My PropTech sector experience includes working with Residential, Commercial, Investor, Corporate and Service Providers clients. I have a proven track record in successfully managing people, teams, projects, budgets and P&L as well as leading, developing and nurturing a successful company division. Experience in Sales, Business Development, Operations and Business Growth (including M&A). I've worked both under private company ownership and under Private Equity ownership.
