Joshua Cook

Josh is a corporate and securities partner in our Silicon Valley office. Josh specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies and in the representation of venture capital and private equity investment funds. Josh’s work with companies spans the entire corporate life cycle, including strategic decisions and coaching prior to incorporation, prospective investor introductions, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, employment matters, commercial contracts, public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Josh represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications, and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms. Josh has also counseled senior executives on employment and separation matters. Josh holds a J.D. from Georgetown University and a B.A. from The George Washington University. Josh is admitted to practice in California.
