Alexander Barrett

Alex comes to inovia capital after supporting digital transformation projects for several of the top Canadian banks while with Accenture. He has deep experience in financial services, which began with degrees in finance from McGill and the London School of Economics; followed by earning his CPA and CFA designations. His past experiences have influenced the Firm's fintech thesis, where he shares a vision for the near term of finance including the unbundling of services. His personal interest and research has led him to a role as Advisor to the Holt Fintech Accelerator. Since joining inovia capital he has worked closely with Rubikloud, AlayaCare, TrackTik, Swept, Chronogolf, and FutureFamily.
