Hilary Gosher

Hilary Gosher is a Managing Director at Insight Venture Partners, a global growth investor in software companies with $16 billion AUM. Hilary leads Onsite, the firm’s specialized due diligence team and growth experts who evaluate investments and help to drive scale at portfolio companies. She has worked with more than 200 tech companies, engaged with five IPOs and dozens of M&A transactions. Among these are Mimecast, Shutterstock, Cvent, Planview, eVestment and Primavera. Hilary is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) where she teaches entrepreneurship. From 2010-2015 she was an Adjunct Professor at NYU’s Stern School of Business. In 2015 she was listed on the TechWeek100 Tech Leaders in NY. Business Insider recognized Hilary as one of the Most Inspiring Women in Tech in New York City. In 2016, Hilary co-founded, and is currently on the board of Parity Partners, a firm focused on advocating, educating, and recruiting for diverse and inclusive talent in investment, asset management and tech industries.
