Gregory Blotnick

Gregory Blotnick is a Manhattan-born investor, author and entrepreneur. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Valiant Research LLC, an independent provider of market intelligence and analytics. Previously, he was the Founder and Managing Partner of Brattle Street Capital, a long/short equity hedge fund with a focus on the Consumer sector. Before launching Brattle Street, Blotnick built a career across several prominent investment firms. He served as an analyst at Citadel LLC, one of the world’s largest multi-strategy hedge funds, along with at Schonfeld Strategic Advisors, where he specialized in Consumer & Retail equities. He also held investment roles at North Elm Capital, Exis Capital, and Doubloon Capital. Blotnick began his hedge fund career in 2009 and brings over fifteen years of experience in long/short portfolio management. Blotnick holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University. He currently resides in West Palm Beach, Florida.
