Steve Quan

Steve Quan has 29 years of commercial transaction expertise (as both a lawyer and a business/corporate development executive) in a variety of industries, including, travel and hospitality, co-working and flexible workspaces, education technology, online media & advertising, mobile/wireless, and SaaS solutions. He holds the role of Senior Vice President, Hotel Enterprise Partnerships at Expedia Group where he leads the team responsible for Expedia Group's strategic partnerships with the top ~100 global hotel chains, managing the entire lifecycle of the relationship from contract negotiation to ongoing account management. Prior to this role, Steve held executive positions at Mr. Cooper, WeWork, Rosetta Stone, and AOL Time Warner (now Yahoo) leading teams handling business development, strategic partnerships, and corporate development. Steve received a B.A. in History from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He began his career as an attorney focusing on administrative law and commercial transactions for transportation clients.
