Katherine Keating is co-founder of Matilda Media Ventures and is a Trustee of the Digital Museum of Australia. Keating was previously founder of Keating Consulting, a Government relations consultancy, representing a number of international corporations, industry associations and not-for-profit groups. She was awarded a Churchill Fellowship in 2006 recognition of her work in the not-for-profit sector. Keating worked as a Policy Advisor in the Offices of the NSW Premier and Minister for Planning, Infrastructure and Natural Resources. She was the founding director of GoFundraise.com, an online organisation that raises funds for Australian based charities. She published a paper titled "The National Governance of the Non-Profit Sector", which was presented and tabled to the Australian Government Senate Standing Committee on Economics: Inquiry into the Disclosure Regimes for Charities and Not-For-Profit Organizations. Keating is co-founder of Matilda Media Ventures with Peter Scarf and Alex Hartman. Matilda Media produces film and television projects; invests in digital media transactions; and provides corporate advisory services.
