Eric Burka

Eric is a Managing Principal for Streetsense, where he specializes in corporate real estate, multi-family residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality branding and marketing. A third generation Washingtonian with over two decades of industry experience, Eric has an extensive knowledge of real estate and a passion for cohesive marketing strategy and brand management. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Arizona State University, Eric spent 12 years at top agencies, where his clientele included a long list of Fortune 500 companies. As a result, Eric gained extensive marketing knowledge and the understanding that the traditional agency model could be vastly improved. In 2001 he founded real estate marketing firm, Burka Studios as an alternative to the standard advertising agency model, and in 2011, Burka Studios merged with Streetsense, allowing Eric to offer his clients – from local real estate firms to international hotel brands – an unmatched service offering in the industry.
