Chris Barchak

Mr. Chris Barchak serves as a Venture Partner at Valo Ventures, supporting their European investment activities. Mr. Barchak served as a Venture Partner at Next47, managing the European investment team. He served as a Partner at Conor Ventures, where he held a number of board and chairman roles in portfolio companies. He was a Principal at Fidelity’s European growth investment practice, where he led the A round in Neo4j, now a $2b+ valued company. He began his venture investing career at Index Ventures in Geneva where he served as an Associate. Prior to his MBA, he held a variety of customer-facing operating and strategic roles in private and public technology companies. Chris has a deep technology background underpinned by two degrees in computer science, which led to his first professional role as a core enterprise software developer.
