Jonathan Brossard (endrazine) is a well known security expert based in San Francisco. For his first conference at DEF CON 16, he hacked Microsoft Bitlocker, McAffee Endpoint and a fair number of BIOS Firmwares. During his second presentation at DEF CON 20, he presented Rakshasa, a BIOS malware based on open source software, the MIT Technology review labeled "incurable and undetectable". For his third DEFCON, he released at DEF CON 24 the Witchcraft Compiler Collection, a framework facilitating reverse engineering that has made its way into the arsenal of many Capture the Flag teams as well as mainstream distributions like Debian or Arch Linux. Prior to his role as Managing Director of the binary analysis firm Moabi, Jonathan held a number of Technical and Executive positions around the world, including Director of Offensive Security and Principal Engineer of Product Security at Salesforce, Director of Security at Change.org where he managed the security of the largest online platform for social change in the world, as well as Senior Security Expert in Australia and India among others. Jonathan holds a Master's Degree in Engineering, a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and is a PhD Candidate in Computer Science (CNAM/France).
