Arthur Samberg

Art Samberg joined Levant Power as a Director in August 2012. He is a member of Acadia Woods Partners, a New York based investment firm that focuses on technology ventures. Prior to Acadia Woods, Mr. Samberg founded Pequot Partners in 1986 where the fund complex grew from $3M to over $17B in 2000, making it the world’s largest hedge fund at the time. In addition to Levant, Mr. Samberg serves as a board director of Tri Alpha Energy and is Chairman of JetSuite. Mr. Samberg is a life member of the MIT Corporation and is co-chair of Columbia Business School board of overseers. He was educated at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he studied Aeronautical engineering.
