Sofia Ericsson Holm

Sofia has 20 years experience in acquisitions, capital raising and business development in corporate finance and management positions in service. She came to the Industrial Development Fund in 2011, worked at Swedbank FR & R Invest, where she worked with restructuring and turnaround investments. Before that Sofia CFO of listed consultants Connecta, head of Alternative Investments at First AP Fund, Project Manager, Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets at Enskilda Securities and Lazard, as well as Head of M & A at Framfab. The Industrial Fund works Sofia primarily on developing our investments in established service companies - both new and existing. She is a member of bla ClearCar AB and Flexenclosure AB. Sofia has an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and has also studied at the Stern School of Business, NYU, USA.
