Rekha Mehr

Rekha has been in the UK’s startup eco-system for the last three years, working in start-up businesses as well as advising them. In 2013 she was appointed as the first Startup Entrepreneur in Residence for the Department of Business, Innovation & Skills, informing policy and helping to shape the business support landscape. Rekha has spoken in the UK and internationally on the start-up landscape, sharing her own experiences and best practise from Industry and the UK. Prior to this, Rekha was a Buying Manager for Amazon.co.uk and formerly Waitrose, where she was responsible for building brand relationships and continuously improving the customer offer. She now shares her knowledge by helping startup businesses to pitch to retail buyers (and all customers in general) and her online video tutorials will be available later this year.
