Javier Perez-Tenessa is a Mexican Entrepreneur, Musician and Investor. He is a Founding partner of Venture Capital Firm 4Founders Capital, and has invested in over 50 Internet companies, including 4 “Unicorns”. Prior to 4Founders Javier founded eDreams, the first publicly traded Internet “Unicorn” in Spain, which he led for 16 years as CEO and Chairman from its inception in Silicon Valley through 3 investment rounds, 2 LBOs, 2 large M&A transactions, several public and debt issuances and an IPO in 2014, making it the largest retailer of flights in the world and the most profitable eCommerce company in Europe at the time with over 4,5 €billion in sales and over €120 million EBITDA. Prior to eDreams he held different positions st Netscape Communications, McKinsey and Company, and EADS as a satellite design engineer. He has produced a number of Musical Theatre Shows in Barcelona including Rent and Fun Home and is deeply involved in anything around music. He holds an MS in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA from Stanford University.
