Chris Erickson

Chris Erickson is a Board Member at Sun Genomics. He's the founder of Pangaea and has been working with cleantech and advanced material companies since 1997. Chris brings considerable cleantech and transaction experience advising public and private companies on environmental issues, investment structures, financings, strategic alliances, mergers, divestitures, corporate governance, and other business transactions. Prior to starting Pangaea, Chris was a partner with Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt, one of Canada's pre-eminent business law firms, specializing in environmental and corporate law. Chris is a member of the board of directors of Nanotech BC and has sat on numerous boards of private and public companies. Chris holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.
