Clare Hallam

Pollenizer Global Director and Startup Operations Specialist. Extensive experience working with startups, developing operational, financial and governance frameworks. Clare joined Pollenizer in early 2008. She has led the development of operational, financial and governance frameworks that underpin the Pollenizer group and each of its portfolio companies. She manages the engine that makes Pollenizer move at pace, from the service delivery of Pollenizer’s corporate innovation products to maintaining cultural balance. Clare has more than 30 years of global experience, spanning large corporates and small early stage ventures. She has managed financial audits, company restructures and due diligence of various capital raising events including a Series A. Whilst working closely with advisors Clare has developed company ESOP’s, employee option schemes and shareholder agreements to include provisions for operational co-founder equity.
