Jordan Kong is a venture capital investor and company builder. She is a Principal at Atomic, where she focuses on the 0-to-1 stage of startup creation and funding. Prior to Atomic, Jordan was an part of the teams at Expa, Institutional Venture Partners, and Polychain Capital where she held various roles across investing and operating. Jordan’s superpower is walking through walls to help founders through the 0-to-1 stage of company building: from ideation and research to prototyping, testing and launch. Or as she puts it, “getting sh*t done.” Jordan helped create and now runs Atomic’s Future Founders program to encourage more talented people from all walks of life to consider entrepreneurship as a career path.
