Eric-Alan Rapp has more than 20 years of venture capital/early-stage private equity, entrepreneurial and international corporate finance experience from the United States, France and the Nordics. He was one of the original team members and a founding partner of the Nordic venture capital investor Sunstone Capital based in Copenhagen, Denmark that focuses on technology and life sciences companies and has over EUR 700 million under management. Prior to starting his investment career more than a decade ago, Eric-Alan worked in banking and corporate finance with JP Morgan Chase (formerly NBD Bank), Ernst & Young and Alfred Berg (ABN AMRO). He also gained valuable industry experience from Danish telecom operator TDC and Hellodies, a mobile applications company he co-founded and later sold to Cellpoint. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, USA, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Lyon Graduate School of Management in France (EM Lyon)
