Steve Parry

Steve is a well-respected cross-border serial investor, most recently as a Managing Director at NGEN Partners, a leading cleantech venture capital firm based in Santa Barbara California. Prior to this 10 year investment career, Steve was a practicing geologist with experience building and managing global mineral exploration teams and companies. At BHP Billiton, Steve was the General Manager, Innovation for the company’s exploration subsidiary, with responsibility for the junior resource investment program. Steve has now relocated back to Canada and is based in Toronto for his role as Chair at Grenville. Steve is also Chair at Dirtt Environmental Solutions (DRT:TSX) and Lead Director at Fallbrook Technologies. His non-profit activities include his role as Chair of the Nuclear Age Peace Foundation. Steve is a recipient of the Canada 125 Medal for his work on behalf of Canadian Resource communities.
