Anthony W. Richardson is the founder and CEO of Gearbox.AI, founder of VentuRank, and author of "Full-Scale: How to Grow Any Startup Without a Plan or a Clue". Beyond that, his achievements are “few”. As an entrepreneur, he has founded a few startups, raised a few rounds of capital, sat on the board of a few ventures, started a few non-profit associations and consulted a few hundred venture-backed startups on everything from growth to finances to leadership. He’s also spoken at a few conferences; primarily regarding startup marketing, brand management, the full-scale method, neuroscience, and the impacts of online socialization to society and cognitive function.
