Alex Kiltz is an early-stage technology investor focusing on enterprise software, mobility, and industrial technology startups across Europe. At UVC Partners, he sourced and/or helped lead investments in Blickfeld (automotive LiDAR technology), ELISE (generative engineering software), FAZUA (drive system for e-bikes - acq. by Porsche), FINN (car subscription service), HQS Quantum Simulations (quantum computing software), Innoactive (immersive work enterprise software), shyftplan (workforce management software), Reel (green electricity procurement for companies), Tacto Technology (procurement software), Tanso Technologies (sustainability accounting and management software), and TWAICE Technologies (battery analytics software). Alex serves on several boards. He opened and leads the fund’s Berlin office. Previously, he co-founded one and worked at two other startups, as well as in private equity and IT consulting. Alex graduated with a Master’s degree in Finance and Electrical Engineering & Information Technology from the Technical University of Munich. He has lived and worked in Berlin, Copenhagen, Munich, and Vancouver.
