Dwight Cribb is a seasoned German executive search practitioner whose firm has established itself as the leading digital markets search firm in Germany. He founded the business in early 1998 after four years in the tech sector, when it became apparent that established executive search firms were struggling to grasp the needs of fast growing internet companies. His client list today includes many of the leading global digital markets firms and many venture backed start-ups. He has very deep insights into the German market based on hundreds of completed executive search assignments. Dwight is also the co-founder of myynto, an inhouse outsourcing business, an Angel investor in a number of early stage start-ups and regular mentor in a number of accelerators.
