Andrew Gray

Andrew is an Investor at Tilia Impact Ventures (Prague). In this role, he supports founders addressing societal and environmental challenges. He is a startup operator, mentor, angel-investor and former Strategy Consultant, with an MBA from Cambridge University. Andrew's focus has been on projects which look beyond profit to bring about meaningful change. This philosophy has guided his journey from working on democratic-participation projects in Senegal and India, to supporting financial inclusion for microentrepreneurs in Ghana.
