Mobile Software Developer, Entrepreneur, Geek, Marvel Fan and Snowboard lover. I created my own company called DojoApps in 2011 in order to, together with my partners, develop new services by applying our knowledge while studying new technologies to keep mental freshness. The challenge of creating something fast, ship it to the customer, validate and learn from it is what motivates me everyday. It is easier said than done, but it's a pleasurable experience and learning is a keypoint if you want your product or service to stay alive. In this sense, having a diversified team is quite important in order to keep your eyes open for every different perspective, and that's why I like to listen, a lot. What I am really proud of myself is being very adaptable. I can dive into a project with ease to have a fast and clear understanding of how it works and how it should work no matter the subject. I like to create an environment where the team can explore their creativity and have enough autonomy to work on savvy solutions. Having this type of culture is extremely important with geek people like myself. It is good to feel that I am at "home", comfortable and relaxed, having fun while work is magically done. Entrepreneurship is a topic I love most these days. Opportunities are everywhere and it is important to be open minded to innovate. Lean concepts should be applied not only in companies or startups, but also in our personal lifes.
