Miguel Lobón

Miguel Lobón is co-founder of Sitka Capital, a company that invests in Internet technology startups in Spain. He is a lawyer specialized in innovative companies and venture capital in Fornesa Abogados. He is advisor mainly for technological innovative startups and investors in financing rounds, commercial contracts, corporate law and new technologies. He holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona. Among other courses he completed the Master in Business Law by the Association of Lawyers of Barcelona and Appoach to MBA at IESE. He has participated in various seminars and conferences on investment agreements of technology companies in the Universities Pompeu Fabra, UOC, La Salle and Pontifical University (ICADE). He is professor of Startup Program Business School IE (Instituto de Empresa).
