I then opened the firm's Paris office, sourcing teams (~200 IT experts) & clients. Later my own business Nexteem served top listed French companies as well as established e-commerce & gaming ventures Business development: To grow operations, I have crafted business plans, acquired & integrated a company, built a 30,000- user community around a homecare service, marketed to top executives, revamped entire processes Leadership & management: I have always invested in people. I have sourced, trained & managed hundreds of engineers & experts, designed recruiting, staffing & onboarding platforms. I get great fulfillment from mentoring colleagues & entrepreneurs.
